Alison Kurke (Virgo risingsign Capricorn) came to Civita Castellana by accident in 2002, and liked it. She is an American,
married to a Brit with a son at university in Seattle, Washington. In Italy she spends her time print-making, making books, and learning to speak Italian. A self-professed non-spiritual person, and avowed atheist, she nevertheless enjoys learning yoga and meditation. She delights in sharing the marvels of Northern Lazio with frequent guests and travelers from abroad, and 
enjoys conversation, red wine, and dark chocolate.
